MADISON, Wis. — Graham Mertz will be the first one to tell you his 20 starts as Wisconsin’s quarterback have been like a roller coaster.
He’s 13-7 as UW’s QB1 and is coming off a year where he threw more interceptions (11) than touchdowns (10).
In attempt to change that, Mertz asked for some help from guys who have been in his shoes, Brooks Bollinger and Scott Tolzien.
“It was really interesting”, Mertz said. “It was really cool to kind of pick their brain and see how they approach things.”
And the two former Badger quarterbacks where happy to share their perspective on playing the position.
